My wood works uses blocks of wood found at carpentries, construction sites and industrial areas a moment before they are thrown away. Each of them tells a story about the 'whole' they used to be a 'part' of, in the rendering that appears on it, the paint, the drill-holes or in the penciled designs and measuring marks found on the wood.
​The blocks are placed in order and fastened on a plank, followed by an added layer of paint that frames the blocks through which they are revealed.
